Q: Our child gets carsick easily. How can we make it a smoother ride for them (and for us!)?

Michael says....
Motion sickness basically derives from a disagreement between what your eyes see and the motion your body feels, and medical sites suggest it’s most common with toddlers and younger children. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends playing games that make your kid look out the window instead of inside the car, giving them small snacks and avoiding books or hand-held videogames. Movies are okay for most kids because they’re mounted high and the horizon is in view.
