Q: I make a traditional lasagna with béchamel and meat sauce, but I’d like to try something a little different. Any tips?

Q: What are the best non-alcoholic bevvies or mocktails available?

Beck's has a fully de-alcoholized version, Beck's Non-Alcoholic, that's quite good (read: very light!). Always check the label because partially de-alcoholized beer (0.5 percent) is common. Supermarket-brand de-alcoholized wines are pretty good, too, and there are sparkling options available. Again, boost the flavours (and festivities) by adding soda, fruit juices and berries.
