Q: Bloody Mary or Bloody Caesar?

Dick says....
The purist in me says Bloody Mary—the quintessential eye-opener that is becoming a popular choice for brunch. But quality tomato juice—the backbone of the drink—is harder to find, as many are made from watered-down tomato paste. Look for the best-quality natural juice you can find. The clam-broth-and-tomato-juice Bloody Caesar has its fans, of course, but I prefer my mollusks sautéed on a plate.
