Melon and Berry Salad

Serves 4

1 cantaloupe
1 honeydew melon
300 g (10 oz.) mixed berries, such as blueberries, blackberries and raspberries
1 lime
1 orange
5-10 mL (1-2 tsp) runny honey, to drizzle
Handful of fresh mint, shredded

Halve the melons, removing and discarding the seeds; use a melon baller to carve out the flesh in balls (or cut it into small chunks).

Divide the melon balls and mixed berries between individual serving bowls (or simply toss together in a large salad bowl).

Finely grate the rinds from the lime and orange over the fruit. Cut the lime and orange in half and squeeze a bit of juice over each serving. Drizzle with a little honey and garnish with the mint. Serve slightly chilled.
