Q: What’s a better value: cruise or all-inclusive?

Photograph taken from the deck of a cruise ship. Michele says...
That depends: What kind of traveller are you? If you just want a leisurely vacation with sun and sand, an all-inclusive may be better. If you get bored staying in the same spot during your holiday, you might love cruising. Both types of vacation offer good value, but you may discover that you’re doling out more cash on a cruise. Things like alcohol, tips, excursions and even a window in your stateroom can put more of a dent in your travel budget.
