Q: How do we make our small but growing company an attractive place for senior people at much larger corporations to consider?

Offer shares in the company. Also, highlight how your smaller company structure equals a better environment and culture and no politics. Most important, figure out the why-you-should-join-our-company story. Most companies don’t do an adequate job of explaining what they are about, so make your story honest, compelling and succinct. Dollars aren’t everything. Figure out what makes your company different and then celebrate those qualities in the job brief.
