Q: I have been out of work for a while now. How do I stay motivated?

James says...
What does motivated really mean? I like to believe you need to really enjoy the journey—to stop and look at things. Take the time. There is a lot of learning and rigour to be gained—even if it takes you six months or a year to land something. Think of it as university: It's not all about the courses you took to gain the experience; it was also the people you met and the challenges you overcame along the way. What you do to search for a job is as important in your journey as landing a job. So chin up!
