Q: What’s the best treatment for a hangover?

Start to drink water as quickly as possible (at least a cup of water an hour for the first couple of hours), as it helps to flush out some of the residual alcohol in your system and rehydrates you. Vitamin B complex is also a valuable weapon to get you up and going. (Alcohol is loaded with sugar, and vitamin B helps to process the sugars.) Also try and eat something (not a greasy meal!) to balance your electrolytes and help speed your recovery, like a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with hummus and veggies.
